Fighting Colours' debut EP 'Wishing Well, set to be released on the 25th of November, spans a wide range of influences and lyrical topics, including prescient commentary on the COVID-19 pandemic, an issue that the 20/20 vision of hindsight won't allow many of us to forget.

'Your Choice Now' is all about choices, and the uncertainty surrounding those decisions made at critical moments that can completely alter the plot of someone's life story.

'The Boat Starts to Shake' continues the thread that began in 'Your Choice Now', sharing its themes of uncertainty after life-altering decisions.

'The Cure' was written during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the lyrics are a response to how the government handled lockdown and restrictions, spreading lies, confusion, deceit, inequality, and corruption.

'Wishing Well' is about absorbent loneliness and vulnerability and being stuck inside your own head, and trying to fight your way out.
